I walked, approximately 25 feet up my driveway, towards my garage, to retrieve my garbage can, to bring it to the road. About the time i got to my garbage can, my truck proceded to roll towards me, as i walked back towards the road. I then noticed it rolling, let go of my garbage can, ran to the truck, jumped in it, hit the brakes, and i had to shift the truck back in gear, then back in park.  By that time, it had already struck the support pole to my temporary car port, destroyed it, and caused a small amount of damage to the front fender of my truck (small dent, and some scratches in the front plastic). I know i did not leave it in drive, as i had to shift it into gear, then back into park, as well as the fact, that it stayed still, as i walked normally, 25 feet up the driveway. I tested the truck, after the fact. It starts rolling immediately after taking your foot off the brake, from the same spot.  On a side note, my truck had just received an update download, 2 days prior to the incident. There were no warning lights. Luckily, my safety, was the only one at risk. I have not had it inspected, and it has not happened again, since. I did contact General Motors, immediately, but got no response to my email. I do have a short security video, starting when i retrieved my garbage can, to the moment the truck struck the pole.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"CHEVROLET","productModel":"SILVERADO 1500","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
