Component Failed & Availability: The rear suspension toe link assembly separated at highway speeds, a direct failure matching active GM safety recall NHTSA 21V473. The totaled, un-repaired vehicle is preserved at a Copart yard and is 100% available for inspection.   Safety Risk: The sudden tracking loss at highway speeds caused an immediate, un-correctable collision with a concrete wall, creating a severe, life-threatening risk to myself and surrounding traffic.  Service Confirmation: On June 2, 2026 (at 165,006 miles), an independent service center (Discount Tire) documented an over-torque of the rear right wheel to 140 ft-lbs, introducing severe mechanical stress directly adjacent to the defective recall joint right before the crash.   Inspections & Warnings: Documented by responding police (CFS Report 7655). There were zero dashboard warning lamps, messages, or physical symptoms prior to the sudden structural failure.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2015","productMake":"CADILLAC","productModel":"SRX","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
