I told them they were take offs and they responded that they were technically used. I said they were taken off a brand new Jeep and were stored inside. They were only off the vehicle for about a month.   Seller said he has not seen the issue with these tires and stores them in accordance to manufacturers recommendation.   I explained to Nexen, \u201cwho cares if you call them used, they are less than 2.5 years old and are coming apart. That should be concerning.\u201d  I saved 2 of them for evaluation.
