The horn on steering wheel only works when steering wheel is turned completely right, and it is available for inspection upon request. .  My safety and others put at risk, when needing to use horn to warn pedestrian or another driver of near miss incidents.  .  Problem been reproduced and confirmed by independent service center. .  Component been inspected by authorized mechanic shop. .
