Upon inspection at the dealership, they determined a rock or road debris came through the front grill and impacted the condenser, which caused a major refrigerant leak and ac to stop working. I believe this was due to a poor design of the lower half of the front grill, it’s wide open and offers little to no protection to ac and engine components. They should have a better honeycomb or similar grill to protect components. The refrigerant leak is an environmental and road safety issue, and living in hot climates like southern Nevada, when it’s 110 degrees outside, the heat inside the vehicle with no AC is a safety issue for children, adults, etc. The dealership did not cover repairs under warranty, and quoted $3,500 to repair either with cash or submit insurance claim.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2025","productMake":"LEXUS","productModel":"TX","manufacturer":"Toyota Motor Corporation"}]}]}
