This occurred multiple times and is consistent with the known Wrangler \u201cdeath wobble\u201d condition for which a class action settlement exists on prior MY vehicles.  Context: The wobble occurred several times during 2025, always on the highway. The violent oscillation (which seemed harmonic in nature) occurred when driving 65-70mph after running on a bumpy stretch of road (which basically describes most of Michigan right now). The only remedy was for the driver to immediately hit the warning lights, brake and slow down to around 20-25mph to reduce the oscillation, thereby regaining control. The Jeep service shop replaced all four shocks and the steering stabilizer, in addition to checking wheel alignment/balance etc.  Additional Technical Context: I believe the Wrangler 4xe\u2019s unique mass distribution may be contributing to the oscillation behavior, likely resulting in it acting differently to gas-powered Wranglers, The 4xe uses the same solid axle front suspension architecture as the gas powered Wrangler, but the hybrid model carries approximately 500\u2013800 lbs of additional mass, much of it located low in the chassis and near the axle line. This added mass increases the effective unsprung and \u201cnear unsprung\u201d inertia the suspension must control when the axle encounters a road disturbance.  This higher inertia increases the energy transmitted into the track bar, tie rod ends, ball joints, and steering damper, reducing the system\u2019s tolerance for even minor compliance, wear, or alignment deviation. It is my belief that the 4xe\u2019s additional mass can amplify oscillation behavior after a bump, making the vehicle more susceptible to steering shimmy or \u2018death wobble\u2019 if any component is marginal.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2021","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"WRANGLER","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
