The vehicle immediately speeded up, and aggressively veered to the left, causing it to exit the roadway onto the grassy median, where it struck several of the metal rails and plastic pylons. This malfunction resulted in a dangerous loss of control that could have resulted in a far more severe collision.  Please note the following details regarding the vehicle and its history:    - Ownership: I am the second owner of the vehicle and have owned it for less than one year. The previous owner was a rental car company.   - Prior Service History: I have previously taken this vehicle to the dealership on two separate occasions specifically to address concerns regarding the self-driving system pulling to the left. In both instances, I was informed that no issues could be identified.  Given that this is a recurring issue that has now resulted in a collision, and my car being totalled by my insurance. I ask that you open a formal investigation into the safety and functionality of the self-driving option for this vehicle.
