The affected seat belt has exhibited sticking and binding issues. On at least one occasion, the belt became so tangled and stuck that I had to use pliers to free it. Children regularly use this seating position.  I have contacted my Hyundai dealership, Circle Hyundai in Shrewsbury N.J., approximately 4-5 times over the past several months seeking recall repairs. Each time I was advised that parts were unavailable and that the dealership was waiting for Hyundai to supply the recall remedy. I also submitted an online service inquiry and did not receive a response.  I am concerned that a known safety defect exists, the seat belt is exhibiting operational problems, and no repair has been made available despite repeated requests for service.  I am submitting this complaint due to both the seat belt malfunction and the ongoing inability to obtain the recall repair.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"HYUNDAI","productModel":"PALISADE","manufacturer":"Hyundai Motor America"}]}]}
