The code was P219F.  Subsequently (a week or so later), every warning on the car came up for every system (too many to list here).  My mechanic has gone through the Honda protocol for this code (checking spark plugs, compression tests, etc) and is now at the point of replacing all of the fuel injectors.  The car is very well-maintained and has low mileage (less than 50,000 miles).  The car is currently in the shop as I can't drive it safely without knowing what systems are malfunctioning.
