As of today Nissan service said the transmission needs full replacement yet takes zero responsibility for the problem. Car and Engine has continually had problems of cutting out and lagging.  Now they are denying this has any correlation to their existing engine problems. This is a major ongoing safety problem due to the fact that when driving the engine stalls and cuts out. There is no consistency of the problem. It just happens. Nissan needs to take responsibility telling an owner to replace a transmission in hopes that this will address an engine problem that has gone on for two years straight is not the answer.  They need to understand the dangers of any driving situation where an engine stalls/stops. It\u2019s amazing with this existing problem that nobody has been injured on record yet!
