The remedy was that it passed the inspection and engine oil was replaced with 10W-40 weight oil.  Just yesterday 6/25/26, my engine quit working while driving on Interstate 265 in Louisville, Ky.  Luckily, I was able to coast to the side of the highway where I stopped and was unable to restart the vehicle.
