The memory position or forward/back control does not work consistently to put the seat in a more comfortable seating position.  This is a random occurrence that can happen several times a day everyday or once or twice every other month.  It is unsafe during taking off from a light, as the seat moves back I can barely reach the accelerator.  During braking, it's harder to apply pressure to the brake pedal.  Also, my mirrors are harder to use because of the different seat position.  I have an appointment coming up but it will have been well over a month since I told the service department.  I have some video of the controls not working after the seat has moved back,  but it is harder to get video while the seat is moving back and I'm driving.
