In both incidents, the vehicle was stopped and became completely unresponsive when I attempted to accelerate, resulting in an unexpected loss of motive power. The vehicle is currently being retained by the Ram dealership. The dealership advised that Ram is aware of the issue but does not currently have a repair or remedy available. This creates a serious safety risk when entering or crossing traffic.
