The driver hit the brakes to slow the vehicle down. However, the car immediately came to an abrupt stop thrusting the driver and passenger forward, so much so that the passenger hit her head on the windshield as her body was violently thrown against the dashboard. Fearing a concussion the passenger thought a visit to the local Wildwood ER was necessary. Additionally the ER deemed it necessary that the passenger go to a specialized Trauma Emergency Delartment in Ocala, Florida. Consequently the passenger incurred several bills totaling approximately $20,000. Due to the incident occurring with in a car, medical insurance denied payment. It should be noted that this same type of incident happened a second time as well. Please note, the local Hyundai dealership manager was notified of both occurrences, and he was unfazed and made no comment in regards to this complaint.
