The recall status continues to show \"Recall incomplete, remedy not yet available.\" I have contacted Jeep/Stellantis multiple times and have been told there is no remedy, no parts, and no timeline for repair. They have been unhelpful and unable to provide any safe interim solution. This defect poses a fire risk, and I have been unable to safely use or park the vehicle. It has been well beyond the reasonable time required under federal law for the manufacturer to provide a remedy. I am requesting NHTSA intervention and classification of this case as a recall remedy failure.
