The screen typically stays blank for approximately 5 seconds and then comes back on. Sometimes I have to place the shifter in \u201cpark\u201d and then return to \u201creverse\u201d to get the screen to display the image. I have received a letter from Ford Motor Co. which describes the stated condition and offering to repair free of charge for vehicles that are not older than 15 years.  However, the letter references only my 2015 Ford F150. I called the local dealer to see if my 2013 Edge is covered under the recall and the dealer stated it is not covered.  Since my Edge is less than 15 years old I think Ford should have to cover all Ford vehicles which have the stated problem.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2013","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"EDGE","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
