It felt like I was losing control of the vehicle.  A clicking sound could be heard when this happened. Thankfully, when the top mechanic at my Honda dealership test drove the vehicle, he heard the sound and felt the lack of control of the 2022 CRV.  As a result, he found there was a failure in the steering gear box. This happened with about 27,000 miles on the vehicle. My vehicle was not part of the recall and was out of warranty because of its age, but the dealer covered the cost for the repair for which I am very thankful. He probably saved my life and a few others!  All of the 2022 Honda CRV should be part of the recall.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"HONDA","productModel":"CR-V","manufacturer":"Honda (American Honda Motor Co.)"}]}]}
