Jeep is aware of the bad engine mounts and issued technical service bulletin #09-015-22. The CDJR dealer confirmed the engine mounts need to be replaced and it is a known problem. The 3 year/36,000 mile warranty just expired and they refused to replace the mounts under the powertrain warranty.   Bad engine mounts are a safety concern because they allow excessive engine movement, which can damage steering, drivetrain, fuel, cooling, and electrical components, potentially leading to loss of vehicle control or a breakdown. If a mount fails completely, the engine can shift enough to affect shifting, steering, or throttle operation, increasing the risk of a crash.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"GRAND CHEROKEE L","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
