It comes random and happens even if the radio is on or off. I think it is a safety hazard. Turning off the power button will not work. The loud noise continues until you turn off the ignition.  This is unacceptable. Catches you off guard and distracts your driving. I have not taken it in because it is not any recalls on it.  I have googled it and saw that several people are complaining about the same thing. I feel like this needs to be a recall on  because Honda has been knowing about this for several years.
