I am experiencing the same issues as others where the speakers are crackling, the audio fails, the screen turns off intermittently while the vehicle is operating leading to the reverse/back-up camera to fail. When the screen is operational it glitches at times (I have videos of the occurrences mentioned). I am aware that a recall was issued in June of 2023 (NHTSA Recall 23V-431) but when I brought my vehicle to Honda Cars of McKinney (Dallas, TX), they said that my 2018 Honda Odyssey did not have a recall of the Infotainment System and charged me a diagnostic fee but returned my vehicle without resolving the issue.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2018","productMake":"HONDA","productModel":"ODYSSEY","manufacturer":"Honda (American Honda Motor Co.)"}]}]}
