Nissan North America Inc., et al., Case No.XXX, in the U.S. District Court for the XXX\"  It was inspected by the rental company I obtained it from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I paid out of pocket $939.60  Rear Window did not have any cracks prior to it shattering.
