The valve stops functioning properly causing the fuel not to enter the gas tank when trying to fuel up. As you try to fuel, the gas comes spraying back out of the gas tank filler neck all over the side of the truck, my hands, and the ground causing risk of fire. >Person filling gas and all others in area at risk of fuel fire. >Problem is known by the dealer, and they charge customers to replace gas tank. Dealer has refused to issue a recall.  >Defective component has been inspected by dealer, and they are aware of the known issue with roll over value not functioning.  >No warning lamps or messages.
