There is an orange plastic clip that connects the flexible tube from the tank to the rigid fuel line that runs to the engine and this clip was found detatched.  Dealer confirmed that the fuel rail line disconnected.  Dealer suspects poor seating of connector retainer clip from factory. Review of various Land Cruiser online forums report multiple similar incidents.
