Leak was very pronounced and there was strong evidence that this leak and been dropping for some time. (staining of engine) Vehicle was brought in to dealer service for in fact confirmation of leak. There were no warning lights or CEL's whatsoever. Only a strong fuel smell in rear of vehicle. My felling is this could have been a disaster for anyone operating the vehicle or a passenger, had the dripping fuel ignited on the hot engine.
