My cars check engine light is on and the dealer states it\u2019s the cannister purge valve.  I showed them that there is a recall (PART 573 safety recall  - NHTSA Recall #26V369) but they will not accept it because it\u2019s not showing my car needing it to be changed on the NHTSA website.  They are saying it will cost $1995.00 to fix the issue.  This is stopping me from obtaining an inspection sticker and I\u2019ve received tickets.
