The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred approximately 2 and a half years later. The vehicle was then taken to an independent mechanic, where DTC: P04320 was retrieved, and the fuel injector on bank one that was previously replaced was not running at the right efficiency, and the catalyst for bank one was not operating as needed. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was taken to the same dealer where it was diagnosed, and it was determined that the fuel injector that was previously needed to be replaced was at 20% and did not need to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired, but the failure reoccurred approximately 7 months later. The vehicle was taken to the same dealer, where it was diagnosed, and it was determined that all four injectors on bank one were inoperable and needed to be replaced.
