The internal structural plastic pins pinning back the high-tension loaded safety springs degraded, fatigued, and snapped completely on their own. altering the front occupants' driving posture, obstructing clear sightlines, and rendering the whiplash dynamic safety equipment entirely non-functional. The vehicle manufacturer (Stellantis / Jeep) is actively refusing to service or replace this failed safety equipment under the known 10-year AHR component warranty extension (Mopar Warranty Bulletin #23-018-20), citing a localized family ownership transfer.
