The second screw still holding the back of the seat upright was very loose.  The left side of the seat bracket screws were also loose.  The second passenger seat is wobbly, which looks like the screws holding the back might also be loose.  Luckily, this occurred while the vehicle was stationary, and no injuries occurred.    The second seat is available for inspection. I have photos showing the issue, and the coach is currently at the dealer for inspection of the second seat.  No items were investigated by authorities, and no warning indicators were given.
