Due to the failure, the contact was forced to manually turn off the feature each time after starting the vehicle. The husband also associated the failure with the fuel injector or a possible software update. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
