The vehicle was taken back to the private dealer where the vehicle was purchased and was diagnosed and determined that the hydraulic control unit needed to be replaced. The mechanic informed the contact that there was an updated HCU and referred the contact to the dealer for assistance. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue, and it was confirmed that the part was not yet available.
