After a 5 hour event on the side of the road AAA towed the vehicle to the dealership where I was told it would be many months before this is returned. It took many weeks for GM to just review and approve any next service (engine needs).  At this point I'm told there are 181 people also in line for an engine and they can't see where I might be in that line.
