The dealer stated that the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) was full and needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the instrument panel displayed that the DPF was 70 percent full, which contradicted the statement from the dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided.
