This safety recall was issued in June 2026 due to a fire risk that can occur while the vehicle is parked. Despite the recall having been announced, the recall status continues to state, \u201cRecall incomplete, remedy not yet available.\u201d  I have contacted Stellantis on multiple occasions and have consistently been informed that no repair remedy is available, no replacement parts have been released, and there is no estimated timeline for when the defect will be corrected. The manufacturer and dealership has been unable to provide any meaningful interim safety measures or alternative solution.  Because this defect involves a potential vehicle fire, I have been unable to safely use or park the vehicle. A reasonable amount of time has passed since the recall was announced, yet the manufacturer has still failed to provide a remedy as required under the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act.  I respectfully request that NHTSA investigate this matter as a Recall Remedy Failure and take appropriate enforcement action. I am also requesting that the manufacturer be required to provide an appropriate remedy, including a vehicle buyback if it is unable to remedy the safety defect within the timeframe required by federal law.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2024","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"WRANGLER","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
