The vehicle became difficult to control, and despite my attempt to correct the direction, it continued to move unpredictably and resulted in a collision.  There were no prior warnings or indications of a steering or control issue before the incident. After the collision, I reviewed the Tesla USB drive and found that Dashcam and Sentry Mode recordings from immediately before and during the incident were not available; only recordings after the incident were present.
