Engine died all electrical stopped functioning.  Had to restart the vehicle to move the vehicle.  This condition happened twice last week, but has not happened since.  Fortunately it was a low speed situation rather than at highway speeds.  Highway speed could have been a very serious situation with the potential of being rear-ended from high speed traffic.  Vehicle has 27,500 miles on the odometer and was driving normally prior to the shutdowns.  Chrysler dealer has been notified of the situation, but an appointment is 7-10 days out.
