It entered limp mode and became unable to accelerate. The vehicle is available for inspection.  This created a safety risk because the vehicle was stranded in extreme heat for several hours with no access to water or shelter. I became overheated and physically distressed while waiting for assistance. Nissan would not tow the vehicle, so it sat overnight at a warehouse before eventually being transported to a dealership.  A dealer confirmed the vehicle entered limp mode but did not complete the recall repair. The vehicle has now been at the dealership for four days without inspection, and I was told it should not have been towed there, so they will not prioritize it.  The manufacturer cannot see the open recall because the dealer incorrectly marked it completed. Because the vehicle could not be driven and the defect has not been repaired, I was unable to travel to work and was terminated as a result.  Warning lamps and messages appeared immediately before the failure, including reduced engine power and driver assist system unavailable.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2024","productMake":"NISSAN","productModel":"ROGUE","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
