How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? The sudden engine shutdown caused an unexpected loss of power while the vehicle was moving in traffic. This created a safety hazard because I could no longer maintain speed and was at risk of being struck by other vehicles.  3. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? The vehicle has not yet been confirmed by a dealer or independent service center. They couldn\u2019t fix problem because there is no software update to fix vehicle issue.  4. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? \"The vehicle has not been inspected by the dealership.  5. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? There were no warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms before the engine shut down.
