I am concerned about a potential safety defect because the vehicle cannot reliably charge and may leave the vehicle unusable. We have had a lot of heavy rain recently, and I am concerned that moisture or water intrusion may be related to the charging failure. The vehicle will not charge and the charging light turns red after a few seconds.
