This impacts the turn signal sound inside the car, the cross traffic alert sound, blind spot warning sounds, etc.  This can be fixed by restarting the infotainment center, but this is not safe to do while driving.  Being unable to hear the turn signal increases the chance of forgetting to turn it off, causing confusion for other drivers. This issue has not been confirmed by the dealer or manufacturer, although other infotainment issues have been acknowledged.
