The dealer refused repair due to parts not being available. I have been in contact with the dealership on numerous occasions by phone and told I have to wait until the parts become available in the past and recently with the manufacturer (NHTSA) and nothing has been done about the issue. The car is unsafe for me to drive the car has slipped into neutral while I was driving. The car is available for inspection upon request. The problem was confirmed prior to this incident on a previous recall but the issue is happening again after being repaired for the initial problem and it has been a hassle with customer service on how to get a resolution before tragedy happens driving the vehicle with these problems.
