It happened when we putting the seat in the stow position. Having the headrest sticking into your neck is very dangerous so we basically lost a seat in our vehicle.  We can choose to remove the headrest, which is a danger for whiplash OR repair it. The repair is estimated over 300 which is ridiculous!
