Mazda states car is out of warranty at 36837 miles indicating a cable had come disconnected.  Approximately 1.5 years later at 59934 miles the front passenger door again would not open from the inside.  Mazda states that this door is used frequently (it is not) and after troubleshooting replaced the door handle and lock mechanism on June 22, 2026.  Other than having out of pocket expenses of $738 I feel fortunate that I wasn't exposed to a life threatening situation whereby leaving the vehicle through the passenger side was my only option.  Searching forums online show that this failure is currently occurring to others.  My hope is that Mazda will formally recognize this issue with the passenger side front door before someone is seriously injured.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"MAZDA","productModel":"CX-30","manufacturer":"Mazda Motor Corp."}]}]}
