I was forced to pull over as soon as possible to try to resolve the issue at hand. Thankfully, the breaks still worked and I was able to come to a full stop, turn off the car, and restart the car. There were no warning lamps/ messages that appeared before or after the time of the incident. (Incident occurred Aug 11)  This is the second incident that my car's acceleration failed while in the middle of driving. Previously, this had happened while on the freeway during stop and go congestion (Oct 2025). This is a severe life-threatening safety concern as the failures have happened while the car is in motion during traffic.   When I have taken the vehicle in for an inspection and diagnosis after the first incident, the Hyundai dealership was not able to reproduce the problem (Oct 2025) and therefore, could not provide any corrective services. I have not taken it in again for the second incident.
