The vehicle has failed twice since I picked it up from the dealership XXX due to a fuel issue. Once on XXX and at 7:45pm today XXX. My concern is that the recalls was not brought to my attention. I conveyed to dealership today after the failure on XXX  the fuel filter was replaced. I inquired about the diagnostic today as well prior to the vehicle failing not sure if the part for the recalls is causing this issue but it would be such a relief to know the dealership should have caught the recall.
