It is essentially 4 years old and the evaporator coil has gone out on the vehicle. The evaporator coil goes passed just cooling the car. It affects the defrosting and temperature of the windshield for safety. The dealership is the one too have diagnosed the issue with the vehicle. It requires a complete disassembling of the dashboard on their part in order to repair. The only warning I received was the passenger's side of the car blew cool air, the driver's side blew hot air for a couple of days and then it went out completely. There was housing by the dashboard. When it rained, I could not defrost my windows.
