The authorized dealership is refusing to perform a non-destructive repair on the vehicle, demanding instead to dismantle the built-in RV living space/bathroom structure at unknown risk and liability to the owner. Over a month ago, the dealership attempted to circumvent federal recall regulations by pressuring me to accept the uninstalled, loose backup camera hardware over the counter, which I refused due to liability. The dealership is currently withholding my VIN-assigned safety remedy part and refusing service. The Stellantis corporate supervisor assigned to my case has been unresponsive and has failed to coordinate a part transfer to a competent facility capable of utilizing a non-destructive borescope/fishing method to complete the recall.
