However, when I immediately contacted my authorized Chrysler dealership to schedule the critical safety repair, I was turned away and informed that the parts are completely unavailable and backordered with no estimated release date.Sending out official notices claiming an open safety risk can be fixed when the necessary components are entirely missing from dealer inventory is a highly deceptive and unsafe practice. It causes vehicle owners to waste time coordinating service under false pretenses while forcing us to continue operating family vehicles with known, unaddressed safety hazards. Chrysler must be held accountable for coordinating its corporate communications with actual supply chain availability so owners are not driving compromised vehicles under the false impression that a fix is ready.  It is alarming that the post card they just sent me had big letters \"URGENT SAFETY RECALL\" headline and the recall site says the parts are in and the dealership says they only gets parts to fix 2 a week and it will still be close to 6 months before the parts are available.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"CHRYSLER","productModel":"PACIFICA","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
