The van currently has 48,000 miles and the steering started violently pulling, almost causing a wreck on a couple of occasions. I took into the dealership and they said the wiring harness for the steering rack is bad and not under warranty. This is a manufacturer defect, looking online there are hundreds of cases just like mine, with a couple of serious wrecks. The manufacture knows that water is getting in the steering harness wiring, causing it to short out and corrode. The dealership is telling me that not only is the part not under warranty, but they don't have it and have no idea when they will get this part. I had the exact same issues with another one of my vans last year. it took six months for the repair part to come in. Two vans, one with 20,000 miles and one with 48,000 miles, both the same issues and the same issue getting the correct replacement part.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"RAM","productModel":"PROMASTER","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
