On one occasion, my 3 children were in the car. We could have been killed!  I have been very patient with the recall, but this has been an ongoing issues for almost5 years, and the manufacturers negligence is threatening my families safety at this point.  Vehicle: 2018 Ram 2500 Tradesman 6.7L Cummins DieselAffected Campaign: NHTSA Recall 24V896000 / FCA Recall C4B (Brake Hydraulic Control Unit / HCU)  Description of Safety Hazard:The vehicle is experiencing an active failure of the anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic stability control (ESC), and traction control systems. These critical safety features are completely disabled, creating an immediate and severe driving hazard, particularly under heavy towing conditions or poor weather.  Failure of Manufacturer to Remedy:The manufacturer has failed to provide a remedy within a reasonable timeframe. My local dealership has stated that the required replacement Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) parts are on a non-negotiable backorder with no estimated arrival date. The manufacturer's supply chain backlog is forcing me to operate an unsafe heavy-duty vehicle with compromised braking infrastructure. I am requesting federal intervention to compel FCA to release an allocated remedy part for my vehicle immediately.  There have been many close calls - I'll list the most recent one below.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2018","productMake":"RAM","productModel":"2500","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
