Glass pieces rained down the outside of the car (the interior cover was closed). After exploding, the panoramic sunroof had deep large cracks throughout the glass remaining in the middle. The edges of the glass were shattered and the pieces of glass were falling from the edges.   The vehicle is currently being inspected by Lexus. There were no warning signs. Although the interior cover to the sunroof was closed at the time, my passenger and I could have been at risk for shattered glass pieces raining down inside the vehicle.
